Food Creations

Pictures of food I have created (or helped create). Most of the time, I have been lucky enough to eat these creations afterwards.


My food philosophy is one of simplicity with a modern twist. Go ahead - play with your food, but don’t stray too far from the classics. “Classics” from my background thus far draw on classical Jewish dishes (from my grandmother), American cuisine (from my mother), and continental favorites (Asian, European, and South/Central American influences).


Such dishes bring to mind wonderful memories of travels across this country and others, offering a taste of home for myself, my family, and/or my friends. Never pass up an opportunity to share food with good friends, complemented by good drinks. Everything tastes so much better in good company.
